RECURRING CREDIT CARD PAYMENT AUTHORISATION

This form is to for you to authorise regular scheduled charges to your credit card for the weekly vehicle rental. You will be charged the amount indicated below to your Debit/Credit Card each billing period. A receipt for each payment will be provided to you and the charge will appear on your Credit Card statement. You agree that no prior-notification will be provided unless the date or amount changes, in which case you will receive notice from us at least ten (10) days prior to the payment being collected.

CARDHOLDER AGREEMENT

Cardholder Authorisation and AgreementI, the Cardholder, authorise Tidan Truck & Car Rentals to process recurring payments using the payment details provided in this authorisation for amounts properly payable under my rental agreement, including rental charges, applicable fees, and other authorised charges.This authorisation will remain in effect until the end of my rental agreement or until I cancel it in writing, subject to any outstanding amounts that remain payable. I agree to notify Tidan Truck & Car Rentals in writing of any changes to my payment details or cancellation of this authorisation as soon as reasonably practicable and, where possible, at least 15 days prior to the next scheduled payment.
I understand that if a scheduled payment date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the payment may be processed on the next business day.
I certify that I am the authorised user of the nominated credit/debit card or account and that I have authority to provide this payment authorisation.
I understand that payments will only be processed in accordance with the terms of my rental agreement and this authorisation. I retain any rights available to me under applicable law in relation to disputed or unauthorised transactions.
I acknowledge that electronic acceptance of this authorisation, including by ticking the relevant acceptance box and submitting the form electronically, may constitute my agreement to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law and may have the same legal effect as a handwritten signature.I understand that it is my responsibility to ensure that sufficient funds or available credit are maintained to meet scheduled payments. Where a payment is dishonoured due to insufficient funds or unavailable credit, applicable administration or dishonour fees may be charged in accordance with the rental agreement and fee schedule.
